Legal Alternatives is a nonprofit alliance dedicated to the advocacy of families who are in crisis situations and in need of family law legal representation.

Unfortunately, many families today cannot afford prevailing attorney retainers. However, they still must seek legal assistance to insure proper representation throughout this process.

L.A. has put into place a program that provides access to the legal system for low to middle income families. In addition this system provides compensation to the attorneys that have agreed to work within our program.

L.A. feels that by assisting these families in accessing the legal system, they can help to provide a proper environment in today’s diversified family situations, with the primary focus on the safe, stable and productive lives of the children living through these events.
